UCLA fired football coach Karl Dorrell this morning, as our Robert Kuwada reported.

No timetable has been established to hire a new coach, but that won’t stop us from speculating.

Several candidates already have churned through the rumor mill.

Tell us your choice, Bruins fans:

Norm Chow - is the obvious choice if interested. He is a proven winner and understands the college game. With his mix of formations and play calling he would have opposing teams guessing defensively - giving the bruin D time off the field - something they havent been able to do in years. If there is one person that can beat SC it would be Norm Chow.

Rick Neuheisel is another winner and has a solid (on field) college record. Another UCLA Alum but with a bit more tenacity then Dorrell. I like both bit either one would be a fine choice.
